Responsibilities:?


1. Be a head of department
2. To maintain the smooth operation of the kitchen
3. To supervise the Kitchen staff in their work
4. To make order to Purchasing Department
5. To ensure planning of cost control within the budget given
6. Maintaining the high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness of work area

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
2. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
